JOHANNESBURG – South African TV presenter and business woman, Bonang Matheba, has appeared in court this week for alleged tax fraud.
According to Sunday World, Matheba was summoned to appear in the Joburg Specialized Commercial Crime Court on Monday for tax fraud, but ended up shortly on Wednesday after making arrangements with the Hawks.
The case was postponed indefinitely in anticipation of investigations.
The document says that the spokesman for Gauteng Hawks, Ndivhuwo Mulamu, confirmed the case but refused to reveal the name Matheba.
Matheba has destroyed the report and said that it is fake news.
In South Africa, journalists on @SundayWorldZA make fake news and then export them as a first on the front page !! Hilarious !! Garbage can. Just pure mess! https://t.co/JjnKjbUP27
