The Kirchner properties that are surrounded by distrust

According to documents to which LA NACION had access, the firm Epelco SA, associated with Báez, paid $ 3,170,000 to the presidential marriage for the house and in the transaction.

"The safes brought them from the beginning, everyone saw them when they went here, they were boxes of the Banco Hipotecario," Roberto Gotti, a former owner of the house, told the press on the day that the prosecutor Guillermo Marijuan real estate as part of Báez's assets in 2016.

From 2008 to today the house remained closed. In 2013, when Báez formed the core of the accusations, two people were seen who took bags from the house of Néstor Kirchner and loaded a white Sprinter bus in the middle of the night. The incident was reported to the federal public prosecutor of Río Gallegos and raids were requested. They would be ready, but three years later.

When the Kirchners sold the house meant by Uberti in 2008, their visits to Río Gallegos were limited. The move of their belongings went to the villa in El Calafate. Even there are people who testify that the movement included the vault. Kirchner finished his term and Cristina Kirchner, now president, concentrated her stay in El Calafate.

In that house there were also versions of vaults. The architect Ernesto Cañas, the first builder of the villa, confirmed that the Kirchners had asked him "a safe place to keep documents". And he clarified that the safe is "a secure fence in which the presidential family keeps the money and the valuable documents". Cañas ended the relationship with the family before she finished the house. And then he left El Calafate. Years later it would reveal the existence of the safe. In the same row, the former governor Eduardo Arnold would say that it had been shown by Cristina Kirchner himself.

While the Kirchners were in Río Gallegos and in this city, the presidential fleet was always available. One of the most resonant things was the new year 2008. Halfway through December, after taking Cristina Kirchner, the family settled here for two weeks. This was reported by LA NACION: "The three planes of the presidential fleet are available: almost every day they traveled from Buenos Aires to the local airport Tango 02 and Tango 10, and at the airport of Río Gallegos the Tango 01 is ready."

For example, LA NACION reported on 5 January the landing of Tango 02 – a Fokker F-28 – carrying 60×40 white boxes, closed with strips with the text "Calafate". The boxes were collected at the door of the plane by the presidential custodians and transferred to the chalet of the Kirchner.

In 2010, the routine of the family changed drastically. Kirchner died in El Calafate, in the chalet that judge Claudio Bonadio now hopes to rob. Cristina Kirchner fled to a new home in Río Gallegos, which she had bought a few days before the death of her husband. It would take several months for Cristina to return to El Calafate.

The house of Mascarello is perceived by justice: although in the sworn statements of Los Sauces in August 2010 a purchase was announced for $ 964,320, for the clerk of property ownership this operation appears two years later, in 2012, as it was revealed by LA NACION. The house was purchased on 21 October 2011 by Negocios Patagónicos SA (owned by Osvaldo Sanfelice, partner of Máximo Kirchner) for $ 200,000. A year later, Los Sauces SA bought the property for US $ 250,000.

The other house, better known, is the one Cristina has in Recoleta, on the corner of Juncal and Uruguay, the first to be raided.
