Article 1. – Instruct license holders of the gas distribution service via networks to design, in cooperation with the education authorities of their licensed area, a verification protocol and an action plan, including the subdistributors, for its cargo and costs, safety inspections at the gas installations of all educational institutions, official and private institutions, at all existing levels in its area, with the aim of preventing accidents caused by these facilities.
Article 2 .- Set as the maximum deadline for the presentation of what is stated in Article 1 of this Act, on 31 October 2018.
Article 3 .- Entrust the Personnel and Institutional Relations Directorate of this Agency to communicate with the Distribution Service Staff, the information mechanisms for the population about carrying out inspections in all educational institutions in the country. .
Article 4 .- Notify the Licensors of the Public Gas Distribution Service and through them the Education Authorities of their licensed area, as well as the subdistributors operating within their licensed area.
