Bremen (dpa) – Martin Harnik will probably miss the reunion with his old teammates at the weekend. The attacker, who changed from Bremen to Bremen in the summer, completed an individual training session on Tuesday after his hamstring injury, but the time until the competition between Werder and 96 on Saturday starts is close. Only on Friday could the Austrian train again with the team. "The chance that he can play on Saturday is there, but I see the tendency that it does not work," said Werder coach Florian Kohfeldt on Tuesday.
It looks better for Kevin Möhwald. The midfielder who came from Nuremberg had recently had to pause because of a torn muscle, but trained again with the team on Tuesday. "He is definitely a candidate for the team," said Kohfeldt, referring to the game at the Weserstadion on Saturday (3:30 PM / Sky).
