You & Lidl This month we share a good plan every Friday for everyone who wants to save time in the kitchen. Do you want to comfort food that is not junk food? Here is the tortizza, an ultra-sharp, light and fast variant of pizza.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
4 tortilla wraps
8 slices of raw ham
2 avocado slices in slices
2 balls of mozzarella, sliced
1 red pepper, in strips
40 g rocket
2 tomatoes, in slices
4 tbsp hummus (ready for use)
2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
pepper and salt
1. Spread tortilla wraps with hummus.
2. Garnish with avocado, tomato, pepper and mozzarella, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the tortilla in a frying pan over low heat with the lid for about 8 minutes.
3. Decorate the tortizza with raw ham, parsley and arugula just before serving.
