3 connected speakers presented at IFA

From Libratone to Sony to Marshall, loudspeaker manufacturers are struggling to deliver smart models to consumers. A short tour of the best novelties at the IFA show.

Sony XB501G – the extra layer

Sony side, we see things great with the new extra-bass speaker that contains several speakers, very powerful to animate in the evening with friends in the garden. The Japanese group has not hesitated to play the kitsch card by decorating the model with different LED strips on the contours, which add a little color to the very simple design of this model.

Sony has thought of a huge battery that can deliver up to 16 hours of sound without interruption and makes the loudspeaker completely waterproof.

Designed for the holidays, the accessory can be managed by voice support, thanks to the integration of the Google assistant.

However, be careful with the price, because it still costs almost 300 € to buy …

Marshall Acton II Voice & Stanmore II Voice – Alexa or Google Assistant

With the characteristic design of Marshall speakers, the two new models introduced at IFA this year are mainly characterized by the integration of Alexa and Google Assistant.

However, the user must choose the virtual assistant before going to the cashier because these are separate models. If you are used to Alexa, consider checking the presence of an Alexa logo on the box before placing an order.

Libratone ZIPP 2 – the nomadic housing par excellence

Libratone presented this year its new housing ZIPP 2, which also includes the voice assistant Alexa. An evolution for this nomadic model with "Scandinavian" design that is completely "smart" and is now able to answer questions that the user asks him vocally.

Libratone promises up to 12 hours of uninterrupted music, 360 degree sound, multiple rooms with multiple speakers, an audio stream of WiFi and the possibility to adjust your speaker with different covers.
