This is a symbol of the 3D modeling program Autodesk Maya, which appears when you can not access a specific license for Arnold software.
You see the mark in a single frame, which appears quickly at 9:55, in the video just below.
This is not the first time a watermark appears in an important video game title. In 2008, the Capcom forgot to take the logo of the American IGN website Okami, which eventually was printed anyway.
