Tax action in the resort village of Rusalka. Employees of the National Revenue Agency, accompanied by police officers, confiscated the cash positions of two branches. The final measure was due to tax liabilities in particularly large parts.

The amount seized by a restaurant and bar in the holiday village is a total of BGN 512, bTV reports.

The manager declined to comment on the absence of the executive director of "Rusalka Holidays" Evgenia Baneva.

There was a seizure of the bank accounts of the company. It was determined that the company had no property to secure its debts and declare insolvency. Since the beginning of the summer, the cash positions of more than 100 debtors in Bulgaria have been seized.

"The debtor has liabilities above BGN 100,000 and, because it is not voluntarily paid, a cash deposit is made," says Violeta Marinova of the NRA Varna Territorial Directorate.

"Since the beginning of the year, more than BGN 1 million has been transferred to the state budget through the sale of real estate by individuals who have the possibility to voluntarily repay their commitments, but do not do so," said Krasimir Pavlov of the territorial management from the National Revenue Agency in Varna.
