BFS fines CSKA with 2300 leva, Levski with 1000 for torches and insults – BG Football – First League



The Disciplinary Court of the BFU announced its next decisions after playing the 8th round of the First League.

CSKA will have to remove the sum of BGN 2300 for flares, smoke and offensive appearances from its fans and Levsky will take a BGN 1000 penalty for offensive and obscene chants. Also be punished are Etar, Botev Plovdiv and Lokomotiv Plovdiv.

These are the decisions of the Bulgarian Football Association:

Per report:
For the unlawful use of smoke, according to Article 37 (1), point 22.2, paragraph A of DS / 2018/2019 / – DK, FC Etar Veliko Tarnovo fights a fine of 300 leva.
For unlawful use of torches and tobacco products, the DK CSKA CSKA penalizes a fine of BGN 300 in accordance with Article 37 (1) (22.2), para A of DS / 2018/2019 /.
According to Article 37, paragraph 1, point 4, para. A, proposal 1 of DS / 2018-2019 / DK, a punisher is punished by PFC CSKA with a fine of BGN 1,000.
For offensive and obscene chants, a fine of BGN 1000 is imposed under Article 37 (1) (26) of DP / 2018/2019 / DK PFC CSKA.
For offensive and obscene chants, under the terms of Article 37, paragraph 1, point 26 of DS / 2018/2019 / DK, Penitentiary Criminal Code Botev Plovdiv penalizes a financial penalty amounting to BGN 1000.
For the unauthorized use of flares and tobacco products, PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv punishes with a fine of BGN 300 pursuant to Article 37, paragraph 1, point 22.2, paragraph A of DS / 2018/2019 / – DK.
For offensive and obscene chants, according to Article 37, paragraph 1, point 26 of DP / 2018/2019 / – the DK PFC levies Sofia with a fine of BGN 1000.
