A luxury rental car had to be towed from the site of a crash on the Sea to Sky Highway Friday afternoon.
The damaged vehicle was seen on the side of a stretch of road between Furry Creek and Britannia Beach shortly after noon. Little details are known about the cause of crashing the driver into a concrete barrier, but there are no reports of injuries.
From the air, the front of the green Lamborghini seemed to have been crushed.
The car had a sticker for Scenic Rush, an exotic car rental company based in Vancouver with a driving experience from Sea to Sky. The website of the company describes the lime-colored Gallardo LP560-4 as a "belligerent bull" that can not be tamed.
"With its aggressive design and powerful performance, this machine will pin you on the face with a grin on the back of your chair," says Scenic Rush.
