New Titans trailer released as Netflix acquires international rights

Deadline reports that Netflix has acquired the international rights to DC Universe's upcoming live-action superhero series Titans. Its release date for Netflix has not been announced yet, but the series is set on October 12 on DC Universe which is only available in US. Meanwhile, a brand new trailer has been released highlighting how the team is unites while also including new scenes from the series. Check out the trailer below! (via Comic Book)

Titans follows a group of young heroes from across the DC Universe as they are in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl, was embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

It stars Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) as Dick Grayson / Robin, Teagan Croft (Home and Away) as Raven, Anna Diop (24: Legacy) As Koriand'r / Starfire, Alan Ritchson (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) & Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights) as Hawk and Dove, Bruno Bichir as Dr. ir. Niles Caulder, and Lindsey Gort as Police Detective Amy Rohrbach.

From Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, the series is one of the all-new exclusive original live-action series coming soon to DC UNIVERSE. It comes from Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter.
