The Santiago Stock Exchange recorded an increase of 0.19% in its main index, the IPSA (SPCLXIPSA), which ended at 5251.14 points after the upward trend of Wall Street.
The General Share Price Index (IGPA or SPCLXIGPA) scored an advance of 0.12% and closed at 26,529.70 points.
The amount of traded shares reached $ 103.754 million (approximately US $ 155 million) in 23,052 companies.
The highest increases of the day corresponded to the shares of Vapores (4.49%), Hites (3.00%) and SK (2.91%), while the largest losses related to Windows (-2.78%) ), LTM (-2.57%) and SM Chile D (-1.93%).
The Inter-10 (SPCLXIN10), which measures the local performance of the securities traded as ADR (American Depositary Receipt) in New York and is an important part of the IPSA, showed a marginal decline of 0.01% and remained 5.997.03 integers.
Remember that the IPSA started counting on Monday, August 6, the process of transition to the new IPSA, which will have fewer titles and debut on September 24 first. The changes that are visible to date are the new name of the SPCLXIPSA index and the fact that if you do not have a contract with S & P, you will not be able to know the weight of the actions that make up the IPSA.
