The application app of health and physical activity, Google Fit, showed its new features, with the queles, it tries to keep the user active and entertained through their content.
The two new features will come to Android from this week and wear Wear OS and gradually, Google says in a statement. EThese two functions will motivate you to keep moving and do more physical activity, just as easy as taking a few steps or stopping the chair.

Move Minutes are points that you can earn by running stairs instead of using a lift or staying with a friend to walk and talk instead of talking in a cafeteria.
The Heart Points function is more important because it gives you points every time you let your heart accelerate through moderate physical activity. You get one point for every minute of moderate activity (such as increasing the speed when walking your dog) or two points during running or another exercise.
Google Fit uses the accelerometer and GPS of your Android phone or smartwatch with Wear OS to activate these functions; If you also have integration with third-party apps, the activity you use with apps like Strava, Runkeeper, Endomondo and MyFitnessPal will also be used to get more minutes and heartpoints.
It should be noted that Google does not specify what can be achieved with the points obtained by both new functions, but perhaps it is always just a way to encourage physical activity.
The company has left the Google Fit project a little bit because, supposedly, to develop Google Coach, a new application that would have more functions in the area of health and physical activity to recommend diets or prepare meals.
