Sheikh passes the medical examination in Zamalek

A source revealed that former Al-Ahly player Ahmed Al-Sheikh passed the medical examination at Zamalek Club in preparation for joining the ranks of the team during the current transfer window.

Al-Ahly’s club had decided to forgo the player’s services after the end of the season in order to have the freedom to move to a club without returning to Al-Ahly’s club management.

A source close to the player said, through Laila Kora’s statements, that the player passed the Zamalek club medical exam today and would appear on the Zamalek screen on Sunday.

Another source in the Zamalek club said the player signed contracts binding him to the club for a period of 3 seasons, leaving only the official deal announcement.

Zamalek had announced his contract for the deal with Tunisian player Hamza Mathlouthi of Tunisian Sfaxien in recent days amid attempts by the government to bolster the ranks.
