The national anthem of Egyptian civilization in Fustat received Sunday morning two archaeological objects made of sandstone that were previously discovered in the Kom Ombo area of ​​Aswan.

He added that the restorers of the museum received the paintings and cleaned up and executed the work of the first restoration and deposited within the area to receive the archaeological pieces in the west of the museum to complete the necessary restoration work until the presentation.

For his part, Mustafa Vaziri, secretary-general of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, that the paintings were discovered in the southeast of the Kom Ombo temple in the area between the outer wall and the archaeological hill, during the work of the Egyptian archaeological mission work project to reduce the level of groundwater in the temple.

Ayman Ashmay, head of the Egyptian antiquities sector, said that the first painting belongs to King Ptolemy V, which is made of sandstone with a length of 2.53 and a width of 1 m and a thickness of 24 cm. It takes the form of the dome covered with the winged solar disk, and below are the photos of King Ptolemy the fifth and the first woman Cleopatra and his daughter Arsenoy, and the front of the trio of the temple Kom Ombo.
The plate contains 29 lines of hieroglyphic writing.
