Germany signed an agreement of € 100 million yesterday with Ethiopia to financially and technically support the country's training and employment programs. Dr. Abraham Tekeste, Minister of Finance and Economic Cooperation, said: "The agreement contributes to generating job opportunities for the young generation, because the program for training and job creation in Ethiopia is supported", adding that it is important is to give the necessary attention to the young people, who make up 70% of the Ethiopian population, to improve their capacity.
The German Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Dr. Gerd Muller said they would organize German investors who would invest in Ethiopia. He also said that Ethiopia is an ideal place to invest in car productions.
