DANGER warning! Yogurts of major brands that should not be consumed, health hazard!

A recall has been issued for dessert creams well known to the general public!

A small sweet note at the end of a meal is no problem for many of us. A small piece of chocolate, a compote or even a dessert cream will not be refused!

But Nestlé is currently in their sights … and LD People would like to let you know about several jars of dessert cream that have been urgently recalled due to a defect.

Viennese yogurt in the sights!

The Nestlé brand and its Viennese yogurts were recalled due to a defect. A product used to disinfect the pot can give yogurt a strange and spicy taste, according to the big brand Auchan.

The desserts involved in this hygienic drift are the pots of Viennese coffee and chocolate yogurts. Thanks to this information, you can identify them at home or not:

  • For Viennese chocolate yoghurts, these 12 jars of 100 g can be recognized by the barcode 3023290170076. The health seal is FR 14.630.010 CE. The products have the expiration date 13/12 and 18/12
  • For Viennese coffee yoghurts, these 8 plastic jars of 100 g each can be recognized by the barcode 3023290170106. The best-before dates run from 12/12 to 18/12. The health seal is FR 14,630,010 CE.

These products must not be consumed but must be returned to the store for a refund.

For a variety of reasons, instead of consuming store-bought yogurt, which often come in plastic jars that aren’t very ecological and full of preservatives, try making them at home.

Whether dark, lemon, vanilla or chocolate, coffee or caramel dessert creams, all of these treats can be made with very little equipment.

  • To make yogurt, you need a yogurt maker. For and you will need:
  • 1 bag of lactic ferments (organic stores, supermarkets) or fermented yogurt
  • 1 liter of milk at room temperature

Mix the bag of ferment with the milk, pour it into the yogurt jars and let it set for 8 to 10 hours. Once your yogurts are firm, put them in the fridge. They can be kept between 7 and 10 days.

It is more economical, no waste, healthier

  • For chocolate creams here is a Danette style recipe, easy to make!

One must :

  • 200 g chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1L of milk
  • 70 g sugar
  • 60 g flour

Thereafter :

Beat the eggs and sugar with the flour.

2. Simmer the milk, add the chocolate chips, then the sugar and stir everything.

3. When the cooking is homogeneous, add the flour and eggs and beat vigorously.

4. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour (or eat warm if you’re more greedy!).
