Taking a train can cause surprises. A young man had a strange experience during his trip Tours-Vendôme (Center-Val de Loire), Monday 20 August in the afternoon. While the train is stationary at the train station in Tours, a woman asks him if he can keep an eye on his baby for one and a half years, the time she "takes her luggage in the car", the gendarmes explained to LCI.
The woman, however, also benefits from a race that ultimately lasts longer than expected. The "passenger-babysitter" then sees the train depart with horror while the mother is not back.
The driver of the train is immediately informed by the babysitter who in turn calls the gendarmes. For her part, the mother, desperately, does the same thing. Finally more fear than evil since the toddler was recovered by the gendarmerie at the next station in Chateau-Renault. The mother was then able to pick up her child, in full form.
