in Marseilles, insubordinate France wants to strike hard

The second edition of the Summer Amphis of Insubordinate France (LFI) started this Thursday at Parc Chanot in Marseille. According to the organizers, there are about 3000 people expected. Jean-Luc Mélenchon also made his return to politics yesterday. At a conference for about 1200 activists, the LFI leader revealed a new face.

"An alliance of links"

This year, the debates are indeed under the sign of the political opening: two deputies, republicans, ecologists, a communist, socialists and even hamonists are present. A new strategic line that was fairly well received by the activists and voters of Jean-Luc Mélenchon.

"Whatever the party, everybody is welcome, there is no reason", BFMTV testifies of them. "It's interesting if they intervene and there can be points of agreement and that we can really get an alliance of the left who wants to say something, what remains on the left, just getting a new PS is somehow necessarily useful, "says another.

"Everyone wants to come"

Objective: the European elections, next election date in May 2019. But also the desire to be more central in the country. "We have already invited other parties in all of our summer schools," BFMTV noted Éric Coquerel, MP for France unmarried.

"What's new is that everyone wants to come in. It's a recognition of the central place we have in politics, it means that we as a democrat are able to debate with everyone. But it's not something that's less sharp, less insulting, and we will do it this year with Mr. Macron and his policies. "

Jean-Luc Mélenchon also wants to transform the European elections, the first elections since the presidential elections, into an anti-Macron referendum.
