Neither the 20 convictions on his criminal record nor the 19 months he had just spent behind the bars prevented him from committing further offenses. In Montargis, in the Loiret, a 40-year-old man was arrested for raping his ex-partner and abusing his two children, France Bleu reports on Monday (August 20).
A calvary of several days
On conditional release, the perpetrator was forbidden to go to the young woman's house. That's what he did last Monday. The reunion turns sour and the man is violent towards his two children, ages 6 and 9 years. He forces his ex-partner to have sex.
The facts were repeated several days before a visit by the social worker, Friday 17 August, put an end to it. The man was deported on Sunday to the prosecutor's office in Orléans and charged with rape and severe violence before he was imprisoned in the trial.
