A man was mortally wounded Tuesday night in a district of La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, and a second one is in a serious condition, in a possible settlement of bills, it was learned from the prosecutor. The alleged perpetrator was arrested, said the same source.

The facts happened around 10 pm, in the Rose Vineyard district in La Roche-sur-Yon. A man has put two people in the street between a building and the entrance to the park that borders the neighborhood. The first victim died on the spot despite the arrival of firefighters, the second was transported to a hospital in a serious condition.
