" The journalist decided to launch a site called" The Animal and the Man "more than two years ago, which is defined as a crossroads of knowledge about animal intelligence. At the same time, in Brittany, in the castle of Bourbansais, she organizes an animal park near Saint-Malo, the first "Summer University of the animal".

Octopus, cuttlefish, parrots, crows …

This third edition, which runs from 24 to 26 August (1), will see prominent specialists, including Georges Chapouthier, neurobiologist and philosopher, who made the latest discoveries on the memory or awareness skills of some animals.
