Cologne: Herrenloser suitcase – blocked at the main station in Cologne

Around 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday afternoon, an abandoned suitcase was discovered in Cologne's main train station.

The blue hard case without nameplate was found on track 4-5, according to the police.

The area between track 2 and track 7 has been erased and closed.

The alarmed fraudsters arrived at 5 pm, even an explosive dog from Dusseldorf had been requested by the police.

The track closure was lifted at 5.30 pm. No dangerous item has been found.

As a result, there were delays, detours and partial cancellations in train traffic.
