A girl walks with her grandmother in Dortmund – then a Rottweiler attacks the child and seriously injures her. The police are investigating.
A Rottweiler attacked a five-year-old girl in Dortmund and was seriously injured by bites. The adult animal had escaped from a fenced area on Saturday, police said. In the neighborhood the free-running dog met a 55-year-old girl from Dortmund and her five-year-old granddaughter.
The Rottweiler attacked the child and caused bites on his right thigh. Only passersby and the approaching dog owner could let the dog let go of the girl.
The five-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Danger to life is not a loud police. The 55-year-old received a shock and was treated on an outpatient basis. After the dog attack has now determined the police. The dog was transferred to an animal shelter.
It took until Thursday for a Rottweiler in Wesel, North Rhine-Westphalia, to attack a ten-year-old boy and seriously injure him. The child also had bite marks on the thigh.
