Land Registry: these are the "extra" documents – what is in the legacy – current events

Apart from the basic documents that must be submitted during the registration of the country, there are special cases for which further documentation must be submitted to the Land Registry.

These include cases where ownership is purchased with different titles when the statement relates to neighboring property when it is owned by an inheritance and when extraordinary use has taken place.

Properties with different titles in the land register

According to the Hellenic Land Registry – this day it prepares the messages for redeeming – if someone has obtained a right (eg Property) on a property with different titles (eg 25% with donation, 30% with parental benefit and 45% purchase ), you must deposit all titles.

In this case, it is necessary to fill in the relevant fields in the "LEGAL INFORMATION" section

Property of neighboring properties

If an owner has adjacent properties, then he / she will only declare them as a single property in the land register if the combination is the result of an action (eg Notarial) that has been transcribed.

In all other cases, you must submit a statement for each home separately and add the corresponding title for each home.
