Hungarian employees find their chances for work more and more promising

This year, 59 percent of employees surveyed said that their commitment to work was down 1 percentage point compared to the previous year in Hungary, three years negative.

In the Aon Hungary survey, more than 62,000 employees from 87 companies took part this year. On the basis of the replies, the company compiled a list of the best employers on the 18th of this year, mainly by companies active in the field of trade and IT, with the majority of the winners representing small and medium-sized enterprises (SME & # 39; s) with less than 250 employees.

Of the companies with more than a thousand employees, the Best Employer Award was awarded to SAP Hungary Kft, Decathlon Hungary and Szerencsejáték Zrt.

The Aon Best Jobs program has been recognized by organizations worldwide and regionally for more than 20 years. Two Hungarian subsidiaries received the Best Employer Award from the companies participating in the international survey: Mars Magyarország Értékesítő Bt. And Kft.

The announcement quoted Virág Éva Uzsák, the CEO of Aon Hungary, who said that managing the organizational changes is a huge difference between the best and the average company. Companies can be successful in the future, respond sensitively to the changing needs of external customers, quickly pick up new ideas for success and give them the chance to try new things, even if they lead to mistakes.
