After roaming he leaned forward, but stopped later and walked back to the scene, disguised as an interior, but did not help. The Prosecution has now demanded a prison sentence.

A man in the late afternoon of October 2016 led a man who was drunk in the streets of Szentendre. The concentration of ethyl alcohol in the blood was four times the crime. The woman pushed the pram on the outskirts of Calvary, where a baby slept. The mother wore a pink, pink jacket and the color combinations of the stroller were strikingly orange-gray.

The driver wanted to avoid another car on Kálvária Road, but due to the lack of attention because of the wailing he did not notice that the woman pushed the stroller and hit him from behind. As a result of the collision, the woman was bent on the bonnet, struck the windshield and dropped 18 meters off the road. The stroller, with his two-month-old baby, hit the edge of the hood and flew to the lawn about 17 meters away. The stroller fell on its wheels, shuddering and falling.

The man drove away without stopping. But he left his car and walked back to the crash site, where he met the passers-by to view the on-site inspection events. On the basis of the descriptions, however, the police recognized the accused among the spectators, imprisoned and detained.

As a result of the accident, the mother suffered heavy injuries in eight days. The baby did not bother.

The parquet of the Budakörnyéki district has filed a motion for the imposition of a prison sentence for a man who was seriously injured and drunk in drunkenness and did not provide assistance, and will be decided by the court of Szentendre.
