As a result of the changing market conditions, the labor units of the employment centers are being transformed. The pilot program aims to bring nearly 50,000 people back to the primary labor market in the next 1-1.5 years, said Sándor Bodó, State Secretary for Employment and Business Relations of the Ministry of Finance on the M1 channel.
He added that job seekers in the program are assisted in writing their resume, in defining their skills. For example, members of the employment offices can find job-seekers on the basis of their qualifications or their skills and abilities with the right employer.
The Secretary of State said that the transformation of the system in the framework of the pilot program initially started only in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg and Hajdú Bihar County and was later extended to the whole country.
Sándor Bodó, the Kossuth radio in 180 minutes, said that there are still considerable labor reserves, mainly along the border, such as Hajdú Bihar, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg and Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Nógrád, Baranya and Zala-counties.
