Environment Minister Gopal Rai in Delhi tested positive for the new corona virus on Thursday. Rai is the third minister in Arvind Kejriwal’s government to contract the virus. Previously, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendar Jain had been infected.
The Union’s Department of the Interior (MHA) issued a new set of guidelines on Wednesday for monitoring, control and warning against the coronavirus disease (Covid-19). The new standards are effective from December 1, 2020 and will run until December 31.
