Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – On Thursday (23-08-2018) the KPK carried out searches at three locations relating to cases of alleged bribery in the allocation and distribution of the Atjeh Special Autonomy Fund (DOKA).
The first location was an apartment owned by Steffy Burase, a model that had been examined by the KPK for the same case and had an expert staff in the plan to implement Aceh Marathon 2018.
The second location of the research was conducted at the home of a relative named Farah at Jalan Pangadegan Timur Raya No. 1. 23, South Jakarta.
Finally, the KPK searched the home of one of the legal scholars named Sayuti.
"Different documents obtained from the search query concerning the Atjeh DOK," said a spokesman for the KPK on the KPK, Thursday (23-08-2018).
Today, Friday (08/24/2018), the KPK investigated suspect Irwandi Yusuf as a witness for the suspect Syaiful Bahri in his capacity as former governor of Aceh for the period 2007-2012.
Besides Irwandi, the KPK investigated three witnesses for the DOKA Mass, namely Hendri Yuzal (special staff of the governor of Aceh), Syaiful Basir (private), and Muyassir alias Yasir (adjutant of Bener Meriah Regent).
"The intention is to investigate four witnesses for alleged bribery in the allocation and distribution of the Akko Special Autonomy Fund (DOKA)," said Febri Diansyah in his official statement on Friday (08/24/2018).
During the investigation of the Aceh DOK case, the KPK is still investigating the processes of discussion and allocation.
So far, a number of witnesses from ministerial officials and Aceh officials have been questioned by the KPK.
Moreover, detailed information about the cash flow that is reportedly related to Aceh Marathon continues to be clarified by researchers.
