Daus was arrested when he had just arrived from Kuala Lumpur.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) again arrested another suspect in connection with a member of the DPRD Langkat Ibrahim Hasan. The man named Firdaus, aka Daus, was arrested at Aceh airport on Wednesday morning (8/22).

BNN Narcotics Eradication Deputy Inspector General Arman Depari said that Daus was arrested when he had just arrived from Kuala Lumpur. "She is instructed by Ibrahim to take meth speedboat "From the island of Penang, Malaysia to the handover spot in the middle of the sea", Arman said Wednesday (8/22).

According to Arman, Daus tried to deceive the officers by buying plane tickets from Penang after Aceh checking in and passport inspection on immigration at the airport. Apparently, Arman said, he did not leave. But he left the airport and went to Kuala Lumpur.

In Kuala Lumpur he bought another flight ticket and left for Aceh. However, said Arman, BNN officers were ready to arrest Daus when he stepped off the plane and immediately flown to Medan.

"When urine is being examined, Daus said it is not necessary to test, it must be positive because I use methamphetamine every day, especially when I go to sea," Arman said.

According to Daus's statement, Daus had taken shabu at least four times to the sea and Rp. 80 million in wages. Arman concluded, thus proving that Ibrahim was not just one or two smuggling of drugs.
