Depok – The central government's plan to approve the proposal to appoint about 100,000 honorary teachers throughout Indonesia to become candidates for civil servants (CPNS) proved the Depok City government to be drooling & # 39; to propose approximately 1,700 names of existing honorary doctors.
"This one-year period is certain that Depok City will certainly have many civil servants (PNS) who will retire and the number of teachers' honorary officials is pretty much to be appointed as a civil servant," said Head of the Depok City Education Office, M. Thamrin, Sunday (2/9).
The number of temporary employees, especially teachers at primary and secondary school level, is quite a lot, which also needs serious attention from the government to be appointed as a civil servant. They do not only work one to five years and some even have more than 10 years to become an honorary doctorate, so they have to be considered.
According to him, the plan of the Ministry of State Civil Engineering Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB), which approved the 2018 proposal of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud), would open about 100,000 temporary teachers in Indonesia, opportunities for honorary teachers in Depok City.
"We immediately proposed about 1,700 names of honorary officials to the Depok City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) to be submitted to the central government," he said, while the names of honorary teachers handed in on the primary school although they did not know exactly available quotas for Depok City.
According to him, it is clear that his party has submitted the names of honorary addresses in accordance with existing needs, so that they also have the opportunity to become civil servants, but they all depend on the budget of the central government.
"It is clear that we are simply waiting for the central government's move to meet the requests of a number of regions" with regard to honorary teachers of the CPNS, "he said. (anton / win)
