TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JEMBER – Eventually, the police revealed the cause of the death of Rahmat Andita (40) prisoners, also known as the prison jail class II A Jember on Friday morning.
There is a suspicion that the victims were the victims of ill-treatment.
Jember Police Chief AKBP Kusworo Wibowo revealed that it had been established that eight suspects were also responsible for the death of Rahmat Andita.
They were Umar Said, Fajar Suwito, Buyono, Muhammad Ibrohim, Agus Sujarwo, Rosis Hamidi, Kiki Hidayat and Zainudin.
"Four suspects were the main perpetrators, and 4 other suspects helped," said Jember Police Chief AKBP Kusworo Wibowo on confirmation at the Jember Police Station on Sunday (08/26/2018).
The police chief said that the suspects' motives persecuted the victim and caused the death of the victim, caused by debt, in which the victim was involved in prisoners in block B.

Victims are often indebted but always promise when they are invoiced.
"The main striker of the suspects is desperate to carry out the persecution caused by death, because the victims often owe money to the accused, and when billed they always say that tomorrow is a short time." The suspects were irritated and persecuted. the victim then to death, "said the commissioner.
Apart from the fact that according to the head of the police the suspects were triggered by paying bills, the victim was also suspected of having an informant in prison if there was nothing in the block.
So on Thursday evening around 9:00 am, several suspects questioned the victim.
Because the victim was tortured, there was a suspect who strangled the victim from behind, and three others hit different bodies, stomach and head.
