VIVA – The Pandeglang police have determined that H or SH is the suspect to dump hundreds of Healthy Indonesia maps or KIS.

"SH is a suspect, he got the mandate from the M, to distribute, but not to distribute," said AKP Dedi Hermawan, head of the Criminal Investigation Unit at Pandeglang Police, Banten, Monday, October 16, 2018.

Hundreds of KIS cards were dumped in a trash can, at Sukarame Village, Carita District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten.

Defendant H, who is a resident of Carita, is also suspected of forging receipts of residents who should be entitled to the KIS card.

"And he also recognized the SH, the signature of the one that should be falsified, not the JNE courier," he said.

The perpetrator who is a community social worker (PSM) has received transport money to distribute KIS cards for an amount of Rp.400 thousand.

According to the confession of the police, H is a nonchalant worker with a non-permanent income.

"So BPJS works together with JNE and then works together with PSM, Si You are only charged with (taxed) Article 372/378 of the Penal Code, with regard to embezzlement and fraud," he said.
