Former Northern Ireland Under-21 international, Cameron Dummigan, signed for Dundalk several hours prior to the start of the 2019 SSE Airtricity League season.
Dummingan arrives in Oriel Park since 2016 played by Oldham Athletic and signs for the Lilywhites for a long-term contract.
Dummigan represented Northern Ireland from Under-16 to Under-21 level, where he earned 18 caps.
The 22-year-old joined Burnley in Cliftonville in 2012 and the native Lurgan was winner of the Youth Player of the Year award in his first season at Turf Moor.
Dummigan went to Oldham Athletic in the summer of 2016 where he made 85 appearances in English League One and League Two. In 2017 he was named Young's Young Player of the Year.
"I'm glad I got the deal over," Dummigan said. "I have known the club in recent years and I would like to be part of the group.
"It helps to know a few players in the group, I played with Patrick McEleney and Michael Duffy before, it's always good."
