Sheridan Smith said that the death of former Love Island participant Mike Thalassitis should be a "massive wake-up call".
Writing on Twitter, the star Reinigen, 37, said she felt sick with the news of the death of the reality star.
The Bafta prize winner asked fans to make contact with their friends, even with those who appear confident and happy.

Smith has talked about her experience with mental illness. She suffered a breakdown after the death of her father Colin from cancer in 2016.
Thalassitis, a semi-professional football player, died on Friday, confirmed his management.
