Dublin traffic LIVE: M50 crash, breakdown delay causes delays on very busy evening for motorists



It is busy on the main roads on this Thursday evening rush hour.

A crash on the M50 in a northerly direction between junctions 4 and 3 blocks the two rightmost lanes with delays back to junction 5 Finglas.

In a southerly direction, it is the busiest of the M11 merger to J5 Bray North on the M11, AA Roadwatch reports.

They also warn that Bóthar Katharine Tynan is unusually slow from the M50 viaduct at Ballymount via the Belgard Road intersection.

Away from the toll road, there are reports of a slump just outside of Rush on the Skerries Road (R128).

The Chapelizod Bypass is already very busy in the west before the Kylemore Road slides to Palmerstown.

It is also busy now on the Tyrconnell Road approaching the Naas Road junction.

The Strand Road is busy going from junction Sydney Parade Avenue to the Merrion Gates.

The Navan Road is busy from Cabra Cross to the junction Baggot Road.
