The Morandi bridge collapses in Genoa

Antonio Brencich has officially resigned today as a member of the inspection committee of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (Mit) about the collapse of the Morandi bridge in Genoa, from which the role of architect Roberto Ferrazza has been withdrawn for reasons of opportunity. This was announced by a note from MIT. On the other side of the Mit inspection committee, Alfredo Principio Mortellaro, executive director of the Public Works Council, will join, Mortellaro – explains the note – represents a professional figure of the highest level and with an experience of thirty years behind us . Moreover, as part of the many institutional tasks, he also worked on testing works such as the Third Pass. The ministry, reading the note, thanks Brencich for the work that has been done so far and for the gesture that shows great professionalism and institutional sensitivity.
