The accident happened on the 25th of last month. A BMW vehicle powered by Park (26) at the junction of Mipo in the Middle East, Haeundae-gu, Busan, was hit by a pedestrian Yun and his friend and received a wall near him. The petitioner said: "A week after the accident, both the perpetrator and the passenger have not yet come to apologize and have made no contact possible".
According to the petitioner, Yoon was a friend who prepared to go to law school and dreamed of a test to correct a crime.
In particular, the petitioners insist on strengthening the penalty for drunken driving. "Drunk driving is not a mistake, but a murder," he said, referring to a strong case of drunken driving in the country. "A lawful act that has killed a valuable life should not be punished lightly because it is a beverage accident." He said.
In fact, the Supreme Court has sentenced to 8 months to 2 years in prison if someone kills a person in a road accident and 4 years and 6 months in prison.
The petition was answered by Cheong Wa Dae with more than 200,000 permissions.
