Naļivaiko pointed out that the amount requested by LNKC is unfounded and does not comment on the relationship between the service providers of "Ticket Paradise" as they meet the terms of the contract. The festive public relations director Inga Vasiļjeva explained that if the call from LNKC is not fulfilled within this period, the organizers of the festival will ask the court to recover this amount.
Director of the LNKC Signe Pujte explained that the organizers of the festival object to the actions of the Ticket Paradise and asked for an extra payment of 7.37% of card buyers on the internet. The company refused to comply with LNKC's request to refund this money to buyers of internet tickets. Likewise, the company refused to provide information about the additional income generated in this way.
