Changes have been made to the management of the catering company Lido. Rems Razums, the former logistics manager of Amber Beverage Group, has been named the new chairman of the board of directors, as well as Rasmuss Peterson, an experienced financier, who has joined the board of directors.
Razums has replaced the former CEO, Maris Blumbergs, who has been running the company since April 2017.
Razums, the new CEO, has worked in various leading and strategically important positions in companies such as Linstow Center Management Ltd, Narvesen Baltija, Europark Latvia and others.
Before joining the new position, Razums was on the Amber Beverage Group and SIA Bravo management team.
Pētersons, in turn, led the Luminor Latvia Restructuring Department before joining Lido and has been working in the financial sector for more than 10 years.
Lido has 13 restaurants and three stores in Latvia, three restaurants in Tallinn and one in Berlin. Last year the group's turnover amounted to EUR 54 million, an increase of 5% compared to 2017. In August this year a new Lido self-service restaurant will be opened in Alfapark.
Lido, founded in 1987, specializes in setting up and maintaining a public catering network. The company is the first company in Latvia to introduce the open kitchen concept for transparent cooking, as well as the characteristic interior and furniture design of Lido.
