The price of gasoline is growing for the eighth consecutive week

In Riga, the 95th price of gasoline has risen for the eighth consecutive week, with an upward trend in Vilnius, but it has fallen significantly this week in Tallinn, according to data collected by LETA.

Despite the fall in prices, the most expensive petrol was also sold in Tallinn this week, followed by Riga, but the lowest petrol price was still in Vilnius. Similarly, the highest price of diesel was in Tallinn and the lowest in Vilnius.

In Riga, the 95th petrol price at Circle K petrol stations has risen the eighth consecutive week – by 0.7% to EUR 1,354 per liter. But the price of diesel has risen by 0.8% to 1,284 euros per liter. The increase in the price of diesel fuel in Riga has been observed for the fifth consecutive week.

In Vilnius this week the price of gasoline 95 rose by 0.3% to 1.144 euros per liter, while the price of diesel oil increased by 0.9% and paid 1.104 euros per liter on this Friday.

But in Tallinn the price of gasoline 95 at Circle K gas stations has fallen by 3.8% to € 1,395 per liter, while the price of diesel has fallen by 0.1% to € 0.355 per liter.

The price of gas for this week has not only changed in Tallinn, but also paid 0.629 euros per liter on Friday. At the same time, it shrank by 4% in Riga – to 0.575 euros per liter, but in Vilnius it grew by 1.8% – to 0.519 euros per liter.
