The Tortoise Intelligence Index, which measures more than 143 measures of the investment level, innovation and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies based on various criteria such as infrastructure strength, operational environment, research and development, and others, showed that Saudi Arabia ranks first in the Arab world and 22nd worldwide in the global index of artificial intelligence.
The UAE ranks second in the Arab world and 36th worldwide, followed by Qatar third in the Arab world and 42nd worldwide.
As for the other Arab countries included in the list, these are respectively: Bahrain ranked 50 in the world, Tunisia at 53, Morocco at 57 and Egypt at 58.
