PETALING JAYA: Because of strong winds, the ceiling of the Bukit Raja toll square in Klang collapsed around 22:00 Friday (24 August).
Photos & videos that circulated on social media showed parts of the ceiling and debris spread across the toll plaza with nine lanes, creating enormous traffic jams because vehicles could not pass.
It is assumed that both sides of the toll house are closed and the traffic is being diverted.
There are no reports of injuries so far.
Plus Malaysia confirmed the incident on Twitter.
"2200hrs (22.00) – There is an incident where the Bukit Raja toll is damaged Use the alternative exits of the nearby toll plaza," it said on Twitter.
