The second phase of the fourth transformation has already begun

Concordia, Sinaloa. – The president Andrés Manuel López Obrador assured that the second phase of the Fourth transformation, which consists in completing the devotional works so that at the end of his mandate he does not inherit unfinished works to future governments.

When visiting Picachos dam accompanied by his wife Beatriz Gutiérrez Müller; from the governor Quirino Ordaz (PRI); and the head of the National Water Commission (Conagua), Blanca Jimenez, López Obrador explained that the foundation for Mexico’s transformation had already been laid in the first two years of his reign.

He said that in this new period, continuity will be given to what has begun and works will be completed; which could be completed in the next two years or by the end of 2024.

“ The second phase is coming because it needs to give continuity to what we have already started and finish works that can be completed in the next two years or the end of 2024, and we are not connecting more than what will be achieved because we do not want to leave the works. in process, ”he said.

He recalled that his administration received many unfinished works such as hospitals, schools, roads, dams, and trains.

The president stressed that in the midst of the economic crisis caused by the pandemic of coronavirus, the formula for dealing with the recession has paid off, unlike other countries that have been in debt and have not been able to overcome the crisis.

With the residents of Concordia, the head of the executive said there will be justice because it is paradoxical and contradictory that there is a dam and people have no water.

“I promise Concordia make an aqueduct and people have water, ”he said.
