A judge forbids the indefinite application of the detention of Lozoya by the Odebrecht case

The former director of Pemex Emilio Lozoya Austin can not be arrested nor can his case be brought to justice in case of alleged financing of the Brazilian Odebrecht for the campaign of Enrique Peña Nieto, reported the newspaper Reforma when citing the decision of a judge .

The judge clarified that the decision does not imply that the case is filed as requested by the former official.
