Elements of the Ministry of Security (SS) in the community of San Sebastián Xolalpa, in the state of Mexico, succeeded in capturing 15 alleged huachicoleros carrying about four thousand liters of hydrocarbon of dubious origin.
The state police guarding the area saw the unusual movement of different people walking through the city on a pipeline.
A Ranger pickup truck, Ford brand, pickup 4×2, green and without theft report was loaded with 23 barrels of 200 liters each, all filled to the maximum volume with a liquid with characteristics similar to those of the hydrocarbon, indicated the authorities.
The 15 people were captured by the police, all male adults and who identified themselves as Cristofer Jonathan "N", 24 years old; Germán "N", of 25; Gerardo "N", from 30; King Diego "N", from 24; Juan Manuel "N", 40; Osvaldo "N", 51, and Jesus Israel "N", 19 years old.
The other eight detainees are Gabriel "N", 21 years old; Jesus Alberto "N", from 18; Herlindo "N", from 41; Refuge "N", of 34; Osvaldo "N", from 23; Adrián "N", from 19; Christian Alejandro "N", 20, and Fidel Adolfo "N", 31; all, probably responsible for the crime of hydrocarbon theft.
The accused, as well as the vehicle, the mobile devices and the recovered source were transferred and made available to the Attorney General's Office (PGR), where their legal status will be determined.
