Professionals and specialists were in conclave on Thursday in Skhirate to discuss the restrictions on film production. With a roundtable discussion, organized on the sidelines of the third edition of the Harhoura Film-Beach Festival (August 28-September 1), the speakers stressed the problems related to the financing of films, especially the government subsidies the problem of "delayed release" of slices ", which hinders the production process. They also mentioned the lack of adequately equipped distribution networks, cinemas and film studios, which called for further reinforcement of the Moroccan film support system.
Organized on the initiative of the Moroccan Association for Art Without Borders (AMAF), this festival is planning the screening of six Moroccan films as part of the official competition.
