The Moroccan diplomat Badreddine El Allali has been appointed deputy secretary general of the League of Arab States, responsible for the communication and media sector.
This appointment was confirmed by a decision of the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul-Gheit. Badreddine El Allali, who joined the pan-Arab organization in 2015, was previously deputy head of the social affairs sector.
The Moroccan diplomat El Allali also served as ambassador for the king in Malaysia and Australia and was previously director of the Moroccan Academy for Diplomatic Studies.
