The Board of Directors, which met on Monday in Rabat under the chairmanship of Saad Eddine El Othmani, considered draft Law No. 44.18 on military service to the Council of Ministers. This bill was delegated by the minister to the head of government, responsible for the administration of the national defense, said the minister-deputy for relations with parliament and civil society, government spokesman, Mustapha El Khalfi, in a statement read at a press conference at the end of this meeting.
Saad Eddine El Othmani also said that the government would work tirelessly to implement its program as much as possible, particularly in the social sectors to which it paid special attention. According to Mustapha El Khalfi, Mr El Othmani noted that the executive power concentrated mainly on the economic area by giving priority to industry and the restructuring effort. In this sense, the Head of Government has pointed out the efforts that have been made to support the competitiveness of the national economy at continental and international level and to encourage the Moroccan company so that it can play its full role in the production of wealth. play. on the one hand and creating jobs on the other.
The head of government also emphasized the interest shown in the projects of administrative reform and anti-corruption, particularly after the speech of the throne, which outlined a roadmap in this area to support efforts of the executive to give a social dimension to government policy.
In addition, added El Khalfi, the Council followed a presentation by the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Waters and Forests on the measures taken on the occasion of Eid Al Adha, particularly with regard to the identification of the herd as an aid for monitoring the traceability of animals intended for slaughter.
The minister said that at the beginning of the works the head of the government sent his best wishes to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Amir Al-Mouminine, on the occasion of the anniversary of the revolution of the King and the People, the celebration of the Youth Day and Eid Al Adha, as well as the Moroccan people for more peace, security, stability and prosperity.
